All orders are processed and packed after order confirmation. Orders are typically dispatched on our shipping days, which are currently:

Orders placed after a shipping day will be dispatched on the next available shipping day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard locations: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or long-distance locations: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or courier-related issues.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charge: ₹60 per order.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier parcels, bulk orders, or oversized items.

  • Shipping charges may also vary depending on the courier partner used for your order.

Courier Partners

We currently ship through:

  • India Post

  • DTDC

The courier partner will be selected based on service availability, location coverage, parcel weight, and delivery efficiency.

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with our courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving shipment-related issues whenever possible.
